Our Company

Hutton Patt Title & Escrow is a privately owned title company specializing in residential and commercial real estate settlements. Hutton Patt operates independently from other real estate brokerage or financial firms, ensuring that your closing will be free from any conflict of interest. Unlike some companies which engage the use of title agents and public notaries to close your transaction, Hutton Patt guarantees that your settlement will be conducted by an attorney. Equally important, Hutton Patt is run as a small business whose owners genuinely care about superior service and are actively engaged in every aspect of the day-to-day business.

The staff at Hutton Patt is experienced in the title, realty, lending and legal fields and are able to answer all of your questions. We will confidently guide you through the residential/commercial settlement process. Hutton Patt also provides continuing education seminars to real estate professionals throughout the DC Metro area through various independent real estate schools and through the Maryland Association of Realtors.

Choosing Hutton Patt Title & Escrow is a wise decision; just as you have the right to choose the perfect home or office, you have the right to choose who handles your closing.
